I do not get in to the habit of doing refunds, all work is final. Its hard to resell custom work on what people order. I make one of a kind things and what you like others won't. I communicate allot with my customers before any work is done to avoid mistakes. I take payment up front . With large dollar amounts half down remainder when finished. NO WORK GOES TO CUSTOMER UNTIL PAID IN FULL. I encourage questions ,don't hesitate to email me. When the market allows I specialize in large carat weights of gemstones , I collect gems ,minerals and fossils as well.
