In 1998, after having planted 6 churches, God called me from the Surgical room to the pulpit, to plant with my wife this beautiful Church. Our vision is to see happy families, people becoming people of Influence in our community and to bless other communities through Planting relevant Churches in them. We are a Church full of Love and Holy Spirit power. We teach powerful principles of God's Word that transform our lives, blessing families now and for eternity. Our youth ministry G.A.N.G. - God's Anointed Now Generation is a youth minister reaching youth at risk and young adults through services and programs designed just for them. Camping trips, conventions, conferences, concerts, missionary trips. Victory Outreach San Fernando Valley has established churches in the South Pacific and here in the United States. Our Victory Outreach Recovery Homes have helped many men and women become drug free and are continuing to restore families and relationships. We provide service such as Royal Rangers, G.A.N.G. Girls/National Girls Ministry, IGNITE Single's Services, Man and Woman's Ministry.
