Sherilyn Young provides individuals, couples, and families with the emotional support and problem solving skills necessary to overcome unhealthy feelings and behaviors in order to create a healthier more fulfilling way of life. Sherilyn has over 22 years of professional experience in treatment services and community education. She regularly interfaces on behalf of clients with agencies supporting individuals for the best possible care and services. Ms Young uses the clients strengths, and resources to facilitate growth, acceptance, and positive change. As a therapist and professor, Ms. Young is understanding and open to all families, cultures, ethnicities, and diversities, and is extremely sensitive to all relationships, orientations, and abuse issues.
