As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers, individuals, families and couples, using a family systems approach in my work. I am trained in EMDR, which is a modality that is used for clients with a trauma history, that would like to see a reduction of symptoms ranging from anxiety, depression, sadness, racing thoughts, nightmares, emotional instability, distress in relationships, etc. I find it a great honor when I am invited into another person's story. I believe in the power of a safe space that allows us to explore, gain insight, and deal with the difficulties that life sometimes brings.
