My approach is eclectic, blending a depth psychology, trauma-informed, attachment-focused sensibility with family systems and solution-focused interventions. Whenever possible, I like to engage my client’s imagination using creative arts such as writing, art, music, storytelling and poetry to bring up feelings and emotions to stimulate the healing process. My work as a psychotherapist is a calling for me and my passion is to guide people to understanding how their past may be impacting their lives today through a collaborative and inspired exploration process.
