As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Personal Trainer , my goal is to be of service to people who want to improve either their mental and emotional state or physical body (and sometimes both!). My personal path has shown me how interconnected our bodies and minds are. This perspective on wellness led me to obtain a Masters Degree in Holistic Counseling from Salve Regina University and become Certified Personal Trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association. I love watching clients learn (or re-learn) about their own personal strength in order to achieve the goals they have always hoped to achieve. Sometimes these strengths are forgotten or overlooked because life situations have been overwhelming and sometimes its difficult to understand why you’ve gone off track. Whether its through counseling or personal training or some combination of the two, I aim to help the client understand where they have come from, create goals for where they want to go, and achieve those goals.
