At Above and Beyond Compassionate Care, we provide our clients high quality services meeting each of their unique needs. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our caregivers are professional, courteous and efficient. Our individual rates are inclusive for homemaker, companion and sitter services, including nights and weekends. 24-hour non-alert and alert care are available upon request during the consultation. Our experienced caregivers are matched with clients according to their interests. Compatibility is very important between clients and caregivers. When clients have difficulty adjusting to the need for a caregiver in their home, sharing a common bond allows for a smoother transition by helping the client feel more comfortable. Caregivers can read to clients, play cards with them, and accompany clients to outside activities and appointments if needed. Caregivers are also available to sit with clients at hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehab facilities or nursing homes. We understand how stressful being the primary caregiver for a loved one can be. You need time for yourself and upon request, a caregiver will sit with your loved one so you can have that time without feeling pressured to come back quickly. Having lunch with friends, going to a movie, shopping or just relaxing somewhere away from daily stresses is very important in maintaining your health as the primary caregiver to your loved one. Our experienced caregivers prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, do grocery shopping and errands, transport and accompany to appointments, perform medication reminders, change linens, do laundry and provide companionship. Our goal is to keep elderly and disabled adults in their own homes for as long as possible. We have experience working with clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Above and Beyond Compassionate Care provides services in Polk, Pasco, Hillsborough and Manatee Counties. Our service begins with a complimentary consultation to determine your loved one’s needs. We will meet with involved family members, along with physicians, guardians, social workers. Hospitals and/or nursing home staff to develop an individualized program just for them.
