The purpose of this Church is to be a fellowship of regenerated and baptized believers in Jesus Christ, divinely called, divinely created, made one under the sovereign rule of God with the Holy Spirit as the compelling influence and voluntarily banded together, under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, to foster and maintain both personal and corporate worship; to proclaim and propagate the gospel at home and abroad; to teach and train the Church’s constituency; to perform the functions of the church and strive toward full Christian maturity; to minister, both individually and/or collectively, to the spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, or social needs of persons in Jesus’ name and to seek to discover the mind of Christ on each issue or problem in life and apply that truth with courage.
