At Hearth & Home Senior Care Services, we provide oversight and coordination of services for seniors who want to remain in their own homes in the Moscow area, using a case manager/executive assistant model. Through this model, we are able to provide in-home oversight for the senior and regular reporting to family members, who often live at a distance. We differ from agencies in that our seniors are matched with a personal case manager and caregiver that provide all services needed, so that constant turnover in staff and a series of lowly-paid workers coming through the home is avoided.
We consider preservation of the senior's dignity and maximization of his or her self-reliance for as long as possible to be one of the most important services we provide.
