I receive from Therapist via email, fax or US Mail paient encounter forms with new patient informatin sheet and insurance card, readable front and back. I establish patient data using software Therapist Helper, create paper file, contact insurance for benefits and authorizations if necessary, process encounters to insurance via electronic filing though ClaimsConnec. I keep on communication notes in patient file. I post EOB, third party and patient payments, send monthly billing statments, do soft collections, collection letters, follow up on denied / non paid claims, provide Therapist with a month end report. Therapist are encouraged to contact RgC Billing with any questions they may have and if not available will return all as soon as possible. Patients /clients who must leave message are informed they will be returned within 24 hours. My prices are fair, competitive if not cheap, I charge a flat monthy fee to be determined by myself, Robyn Carpenter.
