Abundant Life Church has a casual dress code and awesome atmosphere where you will find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a relevant message for today. Weekend services last about an hour and include exciting live worship and Bible-based teaching. Your kids and students have fun, age-appropriate worship and classes during services. The Covenant Community of Westfield was founded in October, 2013, and began as a bible study meeting in homes, coffee shops and schools in and around the city. For most of 2014 and 2015, we met at the Union Baking Company, Westfield Intermediate School and Washington Woods Elementary School on Sunday afternoons. During the last week of July, 2015, we were given an opportunity to move into the building located at 132 S Union Street in Westfield. Now, here's a little information to explain what we're all about! The Covenant Community is a non-denominational Christian church, that exists to love God and to love our neighbors as outlined in Matthew 22:36-40. We seek to engage our culture and community with the Gospel to lead people on their unique journey to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. To accomplish this mission, everything we do is focused on three things: WORSHIP: Our primary purpose is to have a life-giving relationship with Jesus. We want to live lives that celebrate who Jesus is and what Jesus has done. Worship takes many forms, but only has one focus: Jesus. CONNECT: We believe that life is best when it is done in community with others. We are all imperfect people, united by Jesus and his grace. The church is a safe space for all as we follow Jesus together. SERVE: Jesus' life and ministry is the ultimate model of service to others. As we follow him, we seek to model that generosity in our own lives. Jesus has loved and served us, now we want to love and serve others.
