Apostle Devaughan Moore is the Presiding Prelate of Pentecostal Ministries International (PMI), and the Founder and Senior Pastor of Greater Refuge Ministries Inc. Apostle Moore’s ministry expands over 36 years. Having the call of God upon his life and ordained to preach the Gospel, Apostle Moore began his first ministry in the basement of his home with just three members on April 15, 1990. In July 1991, God blessed Apostle Moore and the Greater Refuge family to relocate to 7929 Old Branch Avenue in Clinton, Maryland. It was there the Lord gave Apostle Moore the vision of building a new church home. In 2005, God brought the vision to fruition and Greater Refuge moved into its current edifice located at 9510 Piscataway Road in Clinton, Maryland. On January 19, 2008, Elder Moore was consecrated to the office of Bishop and affirmed as Apostle on April 16, 2016. Apostle Moore now works in the ministry full time taking it to another level with the help of the Lord. He provides a platform that helps to push leaders and churches to their destiny spiritually, physically and financially. Apostle Moore is a man who has a concern for souls and compassion for people. Most of all he is saved, sanctified, Holy Ghost filled, and a man after God's own heart.
