I Am Who I Am Corporation (IAWIA) is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. IAWIA equips girls (12-18) in the greater Washington DC Metropolitan area with skills that allow them to develop the confidence and ability to have effective community by acknowledging their true authentic selves. With our programs the young girls will be able to effectively & respectively communicate peacefully with their peers and adults. They will have the confidence to speak up, which builds their self-esteem, especially if bullied. IAWIA is led by our founder and executive board members, and our goal is to allow them to see how valuable they truly are. They are rare gems in this crazy world. Finding their true authentic selves moves the girls from their outside service to their true identity. Young girls have variations of who they have become. Unfortunately, they bring forth someone they want others to believe they are and not their true self. They may act one way with their friends, and another way when they are around family, and yet another way with someone they really like. We guide them to true authenticity.

One Alkaline Life, LLC, in Waldorf, Maryland, offers comprehensive, compassionate mental health care for adults and adolescents. Through the online telemedicine platform, the team assesses and treats a wide range of mental illnesses, including depression and anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). One Alkaline Life, LLC, provides supervised weight-loss services. Individual programs using mindful techniques and therapeutic counseling are available to support healthy, safe weight loss.
