Sister 2 Sistah is designed to take womanhood and rights of passage from teens to womanhood. Women are natural nurturers and lose themselves while taking care of others. S2S are African-American young ladies who come from the inner-city of Grand Rapids, MI; Chicago, IL, & Detroit, MI; most come from single parent homes and low income, however, we empower and help them to become the women they were created to be. The mission of S2S is to empower young African-American ladies by creating avenues of hope for those who are and have been broken, bruised and secretly hurting; enabling them to see that there is a way out. S2S stands for a way out!
