Michael Gross is the author of The Wingman's Path to Positivity, which details his philosophy of practicing positive energy for one minute each day. An earlier career in health insurance taught Michael the value of a positive outlook on physical, mental and emotional health. He developed an active Facebook (The Wingman's Path to Positivity) group where he practices daily with his tribe. From there, his research led him to travel the world with his wife Janet, learning different spiritual practices from a variety of cultures. Michael and Janet now live in Southern New Jersey.
