Sex Therapy is a cognitive behavioral, brief therapy for individuals or couples who desire greater intimacy and full sexual enjoyment in their lives. Sex therapy is superior to other forms of therapy for sexual problems because sex therapists have specific training in sexual function and dysfunction, relationship dynamics, and address a wide range of issues related to the achievement of sexual health & contentment. Participants can choose whether to receive treatment individually or together. Typically a couple is seen together for the initial session, followed by each of the partners being seen individually.
