Dr. Speyer possess a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is Certified by the New York State Department of Labor in Employment Counseling. In addition to his counseling practice, Dr. Speyer has been a management and marketing consultant for hundreds of companies and universities through out the United States.
