While this may, on the surface, appear to avoid failure, it not only often does not, but it lessens our capacity to succeed. Often this process is unconscious and, and until pointed out, we are unaware of the negative effect in our personal relationship, a careers, financial dealing or many other areas of life. While we have the desire to succeed, we are sabotaged and limited by our fears. Coaching provides a forum for growth.
