My approach to therapeutic work is based in a deeply held belief that mental and emotional health is our core nature, but that often trauma, habits and neurological challenges make this inherent wellness difficult for us to access. In my work with clients, together we develop mindfulness practices and awareness of mental and life habits. We also learn to observe how trauma lives in the body. This combination leads to an increased capacity to be present to yourself, as you are, and to see and understand your patterns.
