Mediation allows parents to make the important decisions that effect their family - not the Court. It also allows parents to avoid acquiring expensive legal bills and loss wages and time from work to attend multiple court appearances. Mediation gives an opportunity to resolve disputes quicker and more effectively by avoiding long drawn out proceedings due to the court hearing often running late or from repeated adjournments. Our supervised visitation runs evenings after normal work hours, as well as on weekends and some holidays! We allow other family members to participate in visitation when appropriate. We provide not only on site visitation in a warm and friendly environment, but also off-site where you and your child can enjoy activities such as fishing, picnicing, bike riding
