Delta Delta Delta I 888 (8O7) 32(4I ) is currently used for chapter meetings and gathering for the sorority at Denison University. This building is the former home of Anthony P. Prichard, longtime Granville resident who once owned much of the land that makes up the main part of campus. Denison's American Commons Club used the home, then called Darrow Cottage, until 1927 when Delta Delta Delta acquired it. The sorority continues to use the home today. The living room addition was made in 1937.

The College Town House serves as event and meeting spaces for campus and community groups. Built for Dr. William P. Kerr, principal of the Granville Female College, 1854-1872, the house was bought by Sigma Chi in 1899 and used for the fraternity until 1929. William P. Huffman, class of 1911 and a Sigma Chi member bought it as a gift to the college in 1944. Huffman intended the house to promote good relations between the town and college and to be used by both.

The Open House is home to spiritual life at Denison University, including gathering spaces and a kitchen for religious and inter-religious gatherings. Built as Alpha Phi house, a former sorority on campus. Alpha Chi Omega began using the house in the late 1980s, though the sorority was founded on campus in the Monomoy Annex.

Kappa Kappa Gamma is currently used for chapter meetings and gathering for the sorority at Denison University. One of the woman's uncles donated the money so they could build their house, and in the Fall of 1906, the little house was completed. The Kappa Kappa Gamma house was refurbished and redecorated in 2016.

Kappa Alpha Theta is currently used for chapter meetings and gathering for the sorority at Denison University. The original portion of the house is the oldest frame house in Granville. The Greek revival front was added in 1840. Built for Elias Gilman Jones, one of Granville's first residents and leader of the first family party to Ohio from Granville, Massachusetts. The Kappa Alpha Theta sorority has occupied the house since 1904 and added a recreation wing in 1958.
