Tylerslight is a foundation to honor our friend Tyler but, also to serve the youth, parents and other members of our community as education and resources about drugs. Many events, tools and contacts for anyone needing help to leverage. Although our friend Tyler is gone, his light shines bright in our hearts through his foundation. Our goal - end this epidemic of innocent addiction to drugs. We serve as a forum to equip the youth of Pickerington and Fairfield County, Ohio with information and resources to help them CHOOSE a drug-free life while providing resources for family members and/or friends who are involved in the battle to defeat drug abuse. Vision is to become the benchmark drug prevention, awareness and support program for others to emulate in order to reduce loss of life.
Tyler was a loving and kind young man who was dedicated to his family and friends. His beautiful blue eyes and infectious smile lit up a room. He was a guy who always took care of everyone else and cared so immensely about others feelings. He was a sensitive and affectionate guy who had a heart of gold. He was always respectful to his parents and protective of his brothers. We have many precious memories of Tyler growing up in Pickerington. He enjoyed his 23 years of life doing things like riding bikes to the parks, fishing in the park pond, skipping rocks in the creeks and playing youth sports. He loved sports of all kinds, especially football. Tyler was a 2007 graduate of Pickerington High.
