We offer guidance to adults, couples, adolescents and families who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. We use a holistic approach that focuses on a “wellness” model, which highlights and encourages client’s strengths. We will help you identify your goals and develop a treatment plan to improve your overall mental health. This process helps clients talk about their emotions and experiences, which often leads to greater self-awareness and insight. For clients who are interested in life coaching or spiritual direction, we help them identify areas they would like to to be different. We help them identify skills and interests. We work with them to create a plan to move their life in a different direction. Clients often gain a greater sense of peace, direction and autonomy.
