The Ronald McDonald House of Scranton has been recognized as one of the region's best charities. The mission to provide a home away from home for families of seriously ill children has been carried out compassionately for over three decades. Since 1986 thousands of families have been served by this eight room house in the hill section of Scranton and its programs. The Ronald McDonald House also operates four Ronald McDonald Family Room programs inside of our regions primary hospitals. Families come to the Ronald McDonald House from all over the United States and even the world. This House is truly the House that love built.
