Help Industries, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) agency (NPA). Our mission is to provide education and training to people with significant disabilities including our wounded warriors. With our affiliations with the government and commercial sector and after the training is completed, we will work with you on obtaining employment.

Dr. Mary Dean Turner is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who graduated from The University of South Alabama with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. With over 25 years in healthcare, Dr. Turner consistently utilizes her experience and vast knowledge to deliver patient-centered care, which is comprehensive and compassionate. She is very thorough with the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and more. The implementation of a holistic approach which consists of active listening, patient education, psychotherapy, and medication management promotes mental health wellness. Dr. Turner’s philosophy of care is to provide individualized care to each person to ensure respect, autonomy, and quality service.
