Discovery Place takes men through the 12 steps as outlined in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. Virtually every staff member is in recovery and completed our 30-day residential program. Guests can expect one-on-one interaction with a man genuinely interested in sharing the miracle of recovery, group discussions, outside meetings, workshops, fishing in one of our two well-stocked ponds, volleyball, basketball and movie nights.
