Texas Probate Services was formed in 2013 to provide an unique service to people working through the probate process. This free service brings together specialized professional resources and probate information in one place. We realize that the duties of the Executor or Administrator can be overwhelming and difficult during a time of grief. We are committed to helping reduce the stress, time commitment, expense, and workload of Executors while improving their effectiveness. Over the years we have seen friends, family, and other clients struggle with the lack of good information and resources to make the best decisions for the estate and themselves. We determined to remedy this situation by providing relevant information and quality resources. Our initial service area is the DFW area.
