Jennifer has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iowa State University with a minor in Family Studies. She received her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri at Kansas City with an emphasis in Marriage & Family. Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas & a member in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors. Jennifer provides individual & couples counseling in her office in Lindale, Texas. She works with youth (ages 15 and up) as well as adults addressing issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Grief & Loss, Anger Management, Survivors of Abuse, Marriage Concerns, Parenting Concerns, & Crisis of Faith. Many insurances accepted including Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AETNA, & CIGNA.

Rivers Edge is a family friendly, loving, church with a blend of contemporary and traditional. We believe in serving our community and being the church, rather than going to church. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce, support our local area by serving. Our goal is to share the good news through a message of love and hope. We are a multi-cultural, multi-generational church and everyone is welcome regardless of their past. We have a simple 3 step process: (1) connect people with God in our Sunday worship celebration, (2) connect with others through small groups and bible study, and (3) connect to others by serving others. We have a strong childrens program and active youth program. Our message is spirited and bible based and REC strives to be the friendliest church in the area.
