I have worked with pre-teens, teenagers, and adults from diverse backgrounds for almost 25 years. I bring a wealth of experience into the therapy room, including, prior to becoming a counselor, many years in the field of education as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I have also authored and co-authored several books: one for children and one for teachers on social emotional learning and its intersection with academics at the middle school level. I provide virtual therapy services throughout Texas. From small scale circumstances to traumatic experiences - my services are personalized to suit each person's unique needs.
