XF Training is delivered online via video, audio and written materials. There are also live interactive group coaching calls with professional and college athletes. The "Extreme Focus" approach to sports performance is Coach Dave Austin's exclusive 12-step process that has been developed over the past twenty years working privately with elite athletes and their teams. Coach Dave's players have played on sports biggest stages including: The Grand Slams of Tennis, The World Cup, The Superbowl, The World Series and The Olympics.
