A life compass. We provide guidance, wisdom, and confidence for life’s journey by connecting each young person with options, experience, and access to the community.
We value:
- inspiring and equipping youth with the skills to pursue the workforce and post-secondary education
- creating real world learning opportunities to prepare, connect, inspire, and help young people achieve their goals
We believe:
- students should be in the driver’s seat of their own learning
- young people need to develop a sense of self to explore and pursue their aspirations
- schools shouldn’t be expected to do it alone. We can help them develop relationships in the community, with businesses and higher education
- preparing the next generation is the responsibility of the whole community, including employers. We can help you create internship experiences, be a career speaker, or host a job shadow.

I'm interested in helping clients gain a better understanding of their relationship with themselves and to others within their lives. I believe human connection is essential for people as well as living with honesty and balance. Through compassionate humor and straightforward dialogue, I strive to help clients review the thought process involved in developing harmony between their behaviors, values and feelings and their identified inner needs, goals and sense of self. I'm especially interested in helping clients to establish a harmony of communication between the three parts of the mind: the Brain, the Heart and the Gut.
As therapist, I take the opportunity to consult with clients as the experts of their own lives. I view the work we do together as series of healing conversations whereby we engage in a journey through the process of dialogue, storytelling and exploration which enable us as a team to look for the "answers" together.
Often, the answers are already there, I just help people find them. I'm a dually-licensed therapist trained both as a clinical social worker and as a substance abuse counselor. My approach with clients is genuine, warm and direct.
