The principal office of SOFOM shall be in the City of Sterling, County of Loudoun, Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A. The designation of the city, county or state of the principal office may be changed by amendment of these By-Laws by the Board of Directors. The Ministry may also have offices at such other places, within or without its state of incorporation, where it is qualified to do business, as its business and activities require, and as the President and Board of Directors may from time to time designate. There will be variations of operations to meet the needs in particular States. This Ministry is incorporated in Virginia and shall be registered in each State within the U.S.A. in which ministry activities are carried out and shall operate according to the statutes of that State.
