Praus Counseling is dedicated to helping clients overcome their struggles with problematic sexual behaviors, anxiety and trauma. Prior to founding Praus Counseling, I served in several corporate and volunteer leadership capacities. Whether leading the Market Intelligence team at EPIS, Inc. or serving as Lieutenant at West Pend Oreille Fire, my service alongside fellow colleagues magnified the importance of the human element. It is from this perspective, of what it means to be human, that led me to establish Praus Counseling. As the owner of Praus Counseling, this vision of what it means to be human is foundational to everything we do. My primary focus, expertise and experience is working with those who struggle with problematic and maladaptive sexual behavior, sexual addiction, and the accompanying trauma. Additionally, I serve First Responders who struggle with PTSD or other significant trauma. My undergraduate focus was primarily on aberrant and serial offenders and I have experience working with individuals who struggle with a variety of maladaptive and problematic sexual behaviors. My Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling was awarded by Gonzaga University.

We founded Reflections Therapy Group in response to our own personal and professional experiences with therapy during the COVID-19 global pandemic. There is a great need for therapy tailored to each person, and not the needs of the organization. This led to the foundation of our private practice and hopefully what led us to being in your lives today. Our therapy services provide a simple, easy to use, and accessible platform to clients across Washington state. Combined, Reflections has over ten years of experience in the therapy field; we have both worked in multiple settings, including schools, outpatient mental health clinics, telehealth (online) services, and doing crisis work. Reflections focuses on client care, ease of access and individualized therapy based on your needs. Because we are a small team, we do everything ourselves; there will never be a task passed on to someone else.
