The Ricksteelefoundation has been founded to fund the Socio-Health Organization (socio-health.org) Socio-health.org has the goal of creating the much needed revolution in the way we plan, implement and evaluate health care and social serivces. Especially between these sectors, communication, coordination and follow-up is more or less non-existant in most places, and in strong need of improvement even where coordination between sectors exists. The oganization will through consulting, workshops, seminars, conferences and a scientific journal work towards the integration of health care and social services to the highly desirable and needed betterment of treatment for patients that are now marginalized due to the lack of systems' ability to give them equal opportunity to contribute honestly and meaning fully to the common good. The foundation needs your contribution to achieve these goals.
