Clarity provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Clarity Counseling believes in a collaborative, compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to counseling. Utilizing mindfulness, clients learn to approach life in a calm, compassionate, reflective manner. Through guided skill teaching and practice, individuals will learn how to let go of judgments and begin to experience their emotions without being controlled by them. Clients are given guidance and build skills that provide insight and unlock their true potential to cope with life's challenges. Clients will develop an understanding of how life experiences have impacted their way of functioning in the world, their self-worth, how they relate to others, and how they react to different situations and relationships. With this understanding clients will learn how to challenge negative core beliefs and change intense fears that prevent them from living the life they want.
