The Department of Ordnance is a small family owned Munitions Company located in central, Pennsylvania. We are specialized in supplying the domestic commercial market as well as the recreational community with high quality small arms ammunition and components. Established in 2013, we have grown to supply commercial grade pistol and rifle ammunition with standard copper jacketed and Frangible projectile products. In early 2014 we have made a corporate decision to begin manufacturing green ammunition (Frangible products). This decision was made to help support key customers enjoy their love of shooting in lead free environments. We will offer all of our loaded ammunition with lead free projectiles (Frangible) by the end of 2016. Our company is solely focused on manufacturing the most quality driven performing product that we can produce. We offer DOO pistol ammunition in 9mm, 45ACP, and 40 caliber. Coming soon, in late Fall 2016, we will unveil a 5.56 caliber along with a .308 caliber DOO loaded cartridge for our rifle line.
