Driving with Autism is an online driver readiness program where any interested autistic or neurodiverse individual wants to learn how to drive and to obtain their license. We have a seasonal live eight-part webinar series that breaks driving down into sizable segments with autism contexts. After an individual completes the series, we help them find a school to get started in getting their license. Our other resources include an active blog page, a downloadable ebook, and certified driving school partners. Driving with Autism was started because the need was underdiscussed in many autism circles. Andrew had to learn driving with next to no services during the years of 2017/2018. Andrew, who is autistic, created this program to address this need and to give choices to individuals nationwide, so driving does not have to be this scary.
