G3 knows what it is like to be a student in today’s globalized and competitive academic climate. Teachers lack the time and proper resources to address the needs of every student to ensure their success. More than ever, students are having difficulty focusing in class. Some are distracted by “smart” devices during class and others have the “smart” devices do all the thinking. Teachers cannot catch everyone – even if they would like to. Technology is a double-edged sword, we want our students to have the right edge. Some students may have just moved from overseas or may just be too shy to raise their hand and ask questions in class. These types of students tend to thrive in private classes once they are comfortable with their tutor. Other students might do better in a more social and interactive environment, for whom group classes would be a good fit. Students who are at risk of failing due to learning disabilities have been proven to learn profoundly in one-on-one tutoring. We know, first hand, that students with special needs can succeed given the right tools and personalized attention—which is exactly what our tutoring program aims to provide them.
