UCM is a 68 year old, ecumenical campus ministry located on the campus of Northwestern University, a major research university with 17,000 students (7,000 undergraduates). UCM is sponsored by the Presbyterian Church (USA) and the United Methodist Church. Through programs of worship, Bible study/discussion groups, speakers, retreats, fellowship activities and an international friendship mission trip, UCM strives to meet the spiritual needs of students on campus.Our program draws over 100 participants during the school year. Sunday night dinner and worship is the core of our weekly program and draws approximately 30 students (mostly undergraduates and a few young graduate students). UCM draws students from many denominations (and some of other religions) with its welcoming environment.

Our goal is to help your kids ignite their passion for music and unleash their inner artist! We go to great lengths to hire talented and dedicated music instructors who share our vision for positive, engaging music lessons. We look especially hard for educators who have a genuine passion for engaging the next generation and seek to share music in a way that makes it fun, cherished part of our students' lives.

The Singing Classroom is a subscription-based website providing an ever-expanding, dynamic, searchable database of songs, games and teaching techniques for elementary music teachers (grades PreK-6) to use in their classrooms. Teachers have tested all content on the site in a wide variety of classrooms to make sure that it is effective and enjoyable for both kids and teachers. Our tagline, "Your song collection come to life" is embodied in the multi-media approach to the presentation of material. Video, audio, text, animations, printable posters and handouts, and interactive commentary all serve to bring music educators the most complete and lasting way of learning new material. Users may save their favorite material to a personal page, allowing them to access it quickly at any time.
