PCS is an extension of the Christian home and offers instruction in Bible, language arts, science, math, social studies/history, literature, spelling, art, music and phys ed. Chapel is held weekly. The school is sponsored by the parents whose children attend. A board of directors consisting mostly of parents sets policy, and the headmaster implements policy, guides curriculum development, supports the teachers, and provides discipline and mentoring of students. Extra activities include puppet team, community service projects, school spirit week, spiritual emphasis week, sports for 5th-8th such as soccer, XC, basketball, softball, and baseball, and more. Educational Therapy is available for students with diagnosed learning needs in math, writing, and reading.
