As part of a large karate organization, Phoenix Karate Kyokushinkai, An International Organization, Sensei Christine Thomas of Thomas Karate & Fitness has extensive knowldge and love of the art of karate do. Classes are currently being taught at the Green Valley YMCA in Monrovia MD on Tues/Thurs evenings, youth begin at 6:45pm and Adults begin at 7:45pm.
