HVAC U is a State of Michigan approved post-secondary training organization. Our purpose and mission is to deliver the necessary technical training to improve competency and capacity for individuals employed in the skilled trades. Our training areas include HVAC, power engineering, and electrical.

Our Story Individuals die from cardiac arrest and injuries each year around the world. This is where Mr. Dominic Martin Environmental; Safety and Health professional mission began a vision with the desire to educated people to help save lives teaching American Red Cross courses to. Mr. Martin a retired combat US Navy LT. Commander veteran saw firsthand injuries from war during his tour in Iraq. By teaching first aid, CPR and AED courses for various companies and organization over the years, Mr. Martin decide to form his own company and provide this service for the private and public sectors.

The Recording Connection alternative music school uses the mentor-apprentice approach to learning audio. Students learn in one-on-one sessions with their mentor, a well respected local audio engineer, music producer or EDM producer inside their recording studio. Recording Connection students spend a minimum of ten hours a week externing in an established Detroit recording studio where they gain real-world experience in addition to taking a structured course curriculum.

Higher Development for Achievers partners with community colleges, Southeast Vocational Rehabilitation Services, the Department of Human Services and other agencies to offer these services.
