The late Dr. Evangelist Rose L. Mullen was President until her death in February 2015. Willis Mullen Sr. is the current President of Full Gospel Witnesses Ministry and Bible Institute. As a school, who are we? and what is our mission? We are a ministry to the body of Christ and have no interest in profiting from our efforts, however; we have found it necessary to charge a marginal tuition for classes. Our earnest desire is to offer something of value that would benefit God's Kingdom and for His glory alone! The degree you earn will require hard work, as it is necessary to mold and shape the mind and character of each student, bible School is not merely business, but a ministry unto Jesus Christ. This feature of our mission is to eliminate much of the financial burden that students must bear while working to make a living and paying back student loans. According to statistics the average 4-year Bachelors education is somewhere around $39,000 US-Dollars. For pennies on the dollar you can earn an education through our Bible Institute. Many of our study guides manuals and books that you will use in our courses are free in PDF formats. There are some books and other requirements we cannot acquire from free sources that students will have to pay for. These are costs that must be covered without charging students a higher tuition. Needless to say we are passionate about our mission and purpose in the kingdom! Your materials and exams etc. will be sent to you via your email and in some cases US Mail. Students will pay shipping coverages and other fees upon initial registration to attend our Institute. We are recognized by the Secretary of Education of Minnesota. Soon we will be working with a private Christian Accrediting Organization in 2019, primarily to assure consistency and standards in our programs. Secular Companies simply cannot judge what spiritual criteria or standards should be for Christian Educational Institutions . A craft designer and a tester - and both wanted to see others discover that they could make art that made them proud. Each product we create goes through some rigorous testing. Successful outcomes have to be the result for the vast majority of visitors. And, we wanted the atmosphere to be bright, and cheerful. Of course - we have some artists come in and quietly create wonderful art...and others who want no help, and have a plan in mind. That's fine - relax, do art, and we will clean up or help you in any way we can. But, if you have complained that you can't do art, let us show you that's not true! We also love to help you celebrate. We have two party rooms and host children's birthday parties, boy scouts, girl scouts, church groups, daycare, ladies night out, kids night out...just ask. We ask that you give us some notice, but if you call at the last minute - we will tell you if we can do it. We are ready and willing to help, and will also give yo the space you want.
