Growing up as an LGBT youth who was frequently bullied and abused Prahmiss contemplated suicide, but rather than succumb to her desire to escape her issues Prahmiss learned to fight. By discovering her own self worth, Prahmiss developed the strength not only to persevere in the face of adversity, but uplift those around her as well. Through her music, poetry, and character Prahmiss has built a reputation as a powerful force of hope for young people working through traumas. Having personally experienced many of the most difficult problems that our youth struggle with, Prahmiss has established herself as a trusted advocate of today's youth. She has mentored and counseled at-risk teens and young adults for nearly a decade, and has spread her message of hope to thousands of people.
