Alan Watson's Little Yankee Dugout is located inside the South Shore Sports Complex @ 3505 Hampton Rd, Oceanside, NY 11572. Our program is designed for children pre-k through pre-teen for sports, play, and homework help, during afterschool hours. The program is sponsored by Alan Watson, ex-Yankee Pitcher, who also coaches at the Alan Watson Baseball Clinic at South Shore Sports Complex. The program is supervised by Elyssa Waldman-Doona, who has over 20 years experience working with children, is a New York State Certified Teacher, and a graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University. The Little Yankee Dugout is designed to engage children in sports, play, and homework help, within a dynamic, nurturing, and fun environment, that fosters growth and confidence in individuals.
