Richard Bland College is a public, residential, two-year junior college located just south of Richmond, near Petersburg, Virginia. Established in 1960, the college offers Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees with guaranteed transfer to 35+ Virginia higher education institutions.

The Prison Law Blog (PLB) is a resource for attorneys, criminal justice professionals, prisoners and their families and friends, along with anyone else seeking informed, honest, and authoritative information about prison law.
