Since the opening of her studio in 1990, Ms. Hansen's students have been admitted to some of the most prestigious music schools in the country including the Juilliard School, the Manhattan School of Music, the Eastman School of Music, the Oberlin Conservatory, Indiana University, and the Peabody Institute, to name a few. They have been accepted into the Ezio Pinza Council for American Singers of Opera in Italy and the Opera Arts Training Program in San Francisco. They have been regional finalists in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, the Rehfuss Tournament at Orlando Opera as well as the MacDowell Club of Milwaukee Scholarship Auditions.
