Green Meadow Waldorf School inspires students for life. Grounded in a deep understanding of human development, we offer a diverse, artistic, and scholarly curriculum that sparks curiosity and creativity. Our immersion in nature and community enriches moral, ecological, and social awareness, fostering well-rounded individuals. As one of the few area Waldorf schools with a high school, we currently have about 280 students in Nursery/Preschool, Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade. We offer a Parent & Child program for babies and toddlers from birth to age three, and supports parents and brings members of the larger community onto our campus in Rockland County, New York. Graduates emerge ready to lead with integrity, turn their ideas into meaningful actions, and meet global challenges.

Our work is brought through the world of nature, the arts and trades. The program serves students ages 12 through 16. Master teachers and artisans create programs that provide experience through a trade or art. The main emphasis is on creating a community life to foster social inclusion through learning and working together. Our aim is to create the space and provide the experience so the student experiences his right and sacred place in the world. Imagine an education where a young person is met as an individual in their learning. Instead of an impersonal curriculum, they are engaged in activities tailored to suit their learning style; met by educators who are invested in their future and mix with fellow students from a wide range of backgrounds.
