The mission of the program shall be to provide difficult to place developmentally delayed children in the least restrictive level of care in a family environment. The program will focus on providing the best quality of life for the developmentally delayed children through positive reinforcement, structure, and encouragement. PROVIDED SERVICES: - Family setting home - Daily sched of activities planned conducted & assisted by the licensees - Provide 3 well balanced meals & 2 snacks daily - Room & board - Transportation to medical, dental, psychiatric appointments , & family visits - Referral to other community resources - Support & encouragement with treatment goals - Individual Behavioral Plans - Administration of medications - Monitor symptoms & behavior - Collaboration w/ treatment team
