Bayard House is the only licensed residential program in Delaware providing service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week serving at-risk homeless pregnant and newly parenting adolescent women and their babies.
The program provides a safe, clean shelter in a homelike environment, where residents receive appropriate prenatal care to ensure the delivery of healthy babies as well as develop the necessary skills to become responsible, capable parents and self-sufficient, contributing members of their community.
